Jonathan Farber is a real estate investor who achieved financial freedom at 27, leaving his corporate enterprise technology sales career to pursue his passion full-time. His portfolio spans traditional rentals, short-term rentals, Airbnb arbitrage, and wholesaling — alongside podcasting and course creation.

Jonathan began his real estate journey at 21 through house hacking, a strategy he used until age 25 before transitioning into traditional and short-term rentals using creative acquisition and financing strategies.

Originally from New York, Jonathan now splits his time between Raleigh, North Carolina, Florida, and Long Island. A former collegiate golfer at Hofstra University, he still enjoys the game today.
